Excuse me?: You're feeling "weird, " and you want to take more xanax (alprazolam)? This could be ill-advised. Were you drinking alcohol or taking other substances along with the xanax (alprazolam)? What are your usual anxiety symptoms? Are they like what you're experiencing now? How "early" did you take your dose of xanax (alprazolam)? You see i'm in the dark about your situation of course, & can't appropriately advise. Hoping you slept well.

Alprazolam: Alprazolam is not a sleep medication. It is anti-anxiety medication and may have side effects. Please see a psychiatrist to discuss stresses in your life, symptoms due to them including sleep problem, affecting your functioning, and treatment including psychotherapy and medication.
