Not likely: Anxiety itself can be associated with feelings of lightheadedness, but you need an evaluation. If the lightheadedness is associated with changes in pulse and blood pressure, a cardiovascular cause may be present. There are also neurogenic causes, and it also can just be a sign of dehydration. It also could be vasovagal. You need an expert evaluation by people who work up fainting etc.
