Okay to use: Should be fine. Storage is room temperature and it was only a couple hours.

NO: Pepto-bismol's active ingredient is bismuth subsalicylate; this is a chemical combination of bismuth metal & subsalicylate. Heating pepto-bismol separates the metallic portion of the salicycyate & then you absorb too much of the metal which can be toxic. If temperature is 75 outside inside the car can reach over 100. So do not use those pills. Generally never leave any medications inside a car i.
