When i was pregnant i got some white dry spots on my skin by my neck what could this be and will it go away?

Eczema: Sometimes in pregnancy women are affected by eczema, which is what this sounds like. You can try to put some thick shea butter cream on the area, or some Hydrocortisone cream 1% if it itches at all. A lot of skin conditions that occur in pregnancy do go away after women aren't pregnant anymore. If you're worried, you can see a family doctor or dermatologist, but likely sounds benign.
