Yes: Breasts can be sore from continued growth, overstimulation from a partner or inadequate bra, or hormone changes in your cycle. The real question is, is this normal for you? If this is a significant change, you should definitely check a pregnancy test. If you're not pregnant and it doesn't go away, you should see your doctor.
