Common complaint: Lower back pain is a fairly common complaint. It's not the spine but nerve endings and muscle soreness from the changes in pressure related to fluid retention, etc. Minor otc pain meds and aids like exercise, relaxation or heating pads should help. Best!

In a wAy: The way i would think about it is the uteirne contraction sensation can be referred to the back giving the perception of back ache the feelings can be similiar to back spasm like back labor another example of the relationship between the two sensations.
