A member asked:

My last 2 periods were late march and late june. took meds progesterone ; finally got it sept 4th. lasted 7 days. how to calculate ovulation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Difficult: When cycles are infrequent, it can be very difficult to determine ovulation. Without spending too much money on ovulation tests, you can start tracking basal body temperature ever am and checking cervical mucous. There are apps you can find for phone that help with tracking. Make sure your gyn knows how infrequent your periods are, as no periods can ^ risk for uterine cancer. Good luck!
