Fna on a 2.o cm tumor came back as hurthle cell neoplasm. what is the best approach?

Surgery: Hurthle cell tumors are adenomas but has higher incidence of malignancy , if they are over 4 cm and in older population , surgical resection is needed , some even advocate total thyroidectomy, instead of lobectomy.
