Highly unlikely: The fracture would not be the cause of your problem. If there was any other damage to internal organs it may have been caused your accident and therefore related to your current condition. It usually takes a pretty significant force for a young person to have a lumbar spine fracture. You should see an ob/gyn doctor who specializes in reproductive health.

No: I don't know what you fractured, but assuming it wasn't your pelvis, it should not have any effect on your fertility. Even if it was, you should consult a fertility specialist.
