Probably not.: The MRI probably looked at the temple area including brain. So, if it was read as normal, no worries. Tmj most likely.

Possible: You need to see a qualified TMJ dentist to get a definitive diagnosis. Most likely it is a TMJ dysfunctional problem but there are other reasons for head pain that need to be ruled out such as temporal tendinitis etc. Best of luck!

Maybe: Temporal arteritis... Can lead to blindness... Could be a muscular problem also... Further evaluation is needed by an md or orofacial pain specialist.

Hard to say: Temple pain by itself not a strong indication of TMJ. See your MD for the head pain and take it from there.
