General measures: Endometrial cancer is commoner in women with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, infertility and excessive estrogen. Other factors are genetic. The general preventive measures, such maintaining a healthy weight, exercise to reduce risk of diabetes, avoiding use of tobacco and alcohol in excess should help.
