Retrograde ejaculati: Most of the drugs for prostate like Flomax (tamsulosin) are Alpha blockers and will cause ejaculate to go into bladder; other drugs like Proscar can have ejaculate and other sexual side effects; most if not all prostate surgeries will effect ejaculatipn in some way.

Depends: The complications you mentioned are largely dependent on the experience of the urologist and the procedure selected. Potentially however, any thermal treatment of the prostate can damage the sphincter or the nerves that allow erection.
