Obama Care: The middle class are the most likely not to have health insurance. Obama care by making each state offer low cost health insurance options will benefit the middle class the most. As a physician it is always a sad day when a patient cannot get an xray or buy a prescription because they are too expensive without insurance. I am very hopeful this daily trauma for my patients begins to be lessened.
