Oppose: When has federal government's intrusion into anything been successful? Welfare? Supposed to be there to help the poor, right? No, actually developed to secure political careers (see lbj's comments about how to get the poor to vote dem). It seems the aca is more about elections than health. Wait until the govt decides what care you can have, instead of you and your doctor. Follow the money...

I support it. : The affordable care act (obamacare) is far from perfect - but it does make health insurance affordable for more than 30 million who don't now have coverage. It doesn't go far enough to control costs, but it's an important first step. The public opposition to it is based largely on misinformation and ideology, not on economics and pragmatism. People benefit from the provisions of the aca.
