In some, yes: By law in the us, all generics are supposed to contain equivalent amounts of active ingredient -- but they sometimes don't. There have been problems with generic bupropion, in some cases. Also different companies use different fillers and dyes in their products -- which can result in differing effects in patients also. Please talk with your doctor & the pharmacist who dispenses your medication.
