Jus had a c-section a wk ago and my stomach is in so much pain becuz of gas but the gas won't cum out..wat can i do?

Simethicone: Simethicone is a popular antigas medication. If you are ot able to pass gas at all or have a bowel movement you should seek immediate attention. This can be a sign of a problem called an ileus. If you are passing some gas or stool then simethicone, increase water intake and increasing walking and movement often help.

You must call your O: Ob now and do what your OB says, your OB will rec something or want u to come for evaluation to make sure u do not have an ileus or obstruction, please call your OB now.
