Vertigo: Vertigo was probably caused by fluid in your ears when you were a child. If you have allergies now you cantry taking psedoephedrine before your flight.

Possibly,antivert (meclizine): This may or not return but your transition into adulthood may have changed your sensitivity. Antivert (meclizine) or meclazine are available over the counter in the us and help prevent the nausea if taken prior to the flight, or a sea cruise, for those with that issue.

Yes : Scopolamine (transderm-scop)-adult patches . Apply patch to hairless area behind one ear; wash hands before and after application; if becomes dislodged, replace with fresh patch. Do not use any patch that has been damaged, cut, or manipulated in any way.
