Would it be a different due date if i ovulate on 17 not 15 day period started 8/12/13 ended 8/18/13 ovulated 8/28/13 suppose due date is 5/19/14?

No: Life is not exact, and due dates are estimates. That means ovulating on one day or another day 2 days earlier or later makes no real difference in the estimated due date. Also, most babies are not born on their due dates.
