Unknown...: Implantation bleeding isn't that common and doesn't happen with every pregnancy. This type of bleeding isn't a reliable sign of pregnancy because women can have spotting for so many different reasons. The best way to know if you are pregnant is to do a pregnancy test when you miss your period. Best wishes!
