Warfarin 500?: Dose of warfarin mentioned cannot be correct. Warfarin and low dose Aspirin is recommended for patients with mechanical valves. Depending on degree of bleeding, risk vs. Bleeding should be considered. You may discuss discontinuing your asa with your doctor.
