Ask pharmacist: You'd need to ask the pharmacist about the particular generic they're using in their supply -- some may have gluten in them. The generic sertraline made by greenstone apparently is gluten-free.

Impossible to answer: There are many generics from many countries. Need to know the company that makes it and where it is made to find out. Please provide info and we'll try to find out for you.
