A member asked:

In what cases or under what circumstances should i go to the hospital while pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Quite a few: Vaginal bleeding, severe abdominal pain, feeling as if your water/amnion broke. After 26 weeks if baby not moving daily, motor vehicle accident or fall or trauma. Fever/chills, unable to drink liquids due to nausea or vomiting for > 24 hours. Headache that doesn't go away with fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) and accompanied by changes in vision. There are others, but these are the primary and most common.
