Call your OB: Side pain may or may not be serious in nature. Most causes, even in pregnancy are not dangerous. Call your OB. If you develop severe bleeding or the pain becomes severe, go to the ER. Hope this helps!

Call dr ER if severe: It is always best to err on the side of overcautious when pregnant. There are various typical pain syndromes associated with different stages of pregnancy. Without more information about your pregnancy here, I deem it best to see a physician. You could call your OB-Gyn answering service before visiting an urgent care or ER, though. That would be best.
