Not much : It sounds like you are trying to find out if you are ovulating. If so using a home ovulation kit is going to be way more accurate that trying to predict ovulation based on symptoms. If you are not asking about ovulation then i recommend seeing a doctor for the vaginal mucous, pelvic and breast pain.
