Probably, but: Don't do that again. The maximum dose of paracetamol, which is the same thing as Acetaminophen or tylenol, (acetaminophen) is 4000 mg in a day. If you use it daily, make it 300 and no more. That said, onetime use of too much in a young otherwise healthy person is unlikely to cause problem in the dose range you described. Please be careful and take your medicines only a prescribed. Keep a log if you need to!

Liver damage possibl: Max dosage of paracetamol/acetominophen is 3000mg per day. You have taken 5500. First: why have you taken so much? Second: liver damage can occur at greater than 3g per day, but old max dose was 4g per day. Seek counsel from your family doctor, drink lots of water to flush system and stop taking so many meds. Good luck.
