See your orthopedist: Removal of appliances placed for bone fractures are performed frequently and are not as involved as inserting them. Timing of removal is key, and your orthopedist will know when.

See: Your surgeon but screw removal is quite common and easy. Have nerve conduction study to see if its causing nerve irritation.
