Unlikely celiac : If you are saying that the tissue transglutaminase IgA & igg antibodies are both low in setting of a low total serum IgA then celiac disease is unlikely though not impossible. Antgliadin igg antibody may be helpful in this scenario of low total IgA as a sensitive but not specific test . Gold standard is a duodenal biopsy. Hla dq2 & dq8 genetic testing can confirm or exclude genetic risk.
