Need full work-up: He will need to see both a neurologist and a psychiatrist. He should be checked as soon as possible for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. To er if suicidal or if head pain persists.

Express concern: Let your partner know that you are concerned. You can't give him a diagnosis or treatment and neither can we. Sometimes it takes the people closest to us to let us know that we need help. Support your partner in getting to a doctor. Your partner needs to know that there could be something serious going on. Best wishes to both of you.
