Olive,almond,coconut: Congratulations! research confirms perineal massage reduces your chances of tearing/need for episiotomy and may reduce discomfort. No research compares oils but since some will be absorbed into your skin use an oil that is healthy to eat- i advise either olive, almond or coconut oil.
