Wait 1 week: There are reasons other than pregnancy that your period can be late. While hormones usually keep a good schedule, you may have had a particularly stressful month, minor illness, that threw things off this month. Wait a week and retest for pregnancy if still no period, or get blood test done which is more accurate.
