Im almost 8weeks late with my period went to the doctor and did a pregnant test and it was negative i never missed a period it comes every month?

Possible false neg.: Continue follow up with your primary care physician, know that if you did this test via urine, this test is not perfect. Sometimes it can yield a false positive, although unlikely, it is a remote possibility. You can run an additional test, via serum(blood) to see if this confirms the urine test. I would wait another week then follow up with your primary care physician or OB/GYN.
