Depends on symptoms: Be weary of any product that requires you to pay a large sum of money without knowing what the results would be. A physical therapist can (among other things) try treating you with a tens unit (transcutaneous electric stim). If this works, they can help order a unit for your (to be rented or purchased)- with a physician's prescription, insurance usually covers it (and the pt too!).
