No.: If you are not fertile, you cannot become pregnant. If you are not ovulating, you cannot become pregnant. The trouble here is: how do you know that you are not ovulating nor fertile? If you have been through a fertility evaluation, and know these to be the case, then fine. Most 19-year-olds that i know, however, are ovulating, menstruating, & cycling just fine. Find out for sure if you don't know.

Anovulation: If you aren't ovulating, you can't get pregnant. If you are having regular cycles, you can confirm if you are ovulating with an ovulation predictor kit, if your cycles are irregular, you can talk to your provider to help.
