Stomal obstruction: Ii have normal stomal function before , have the above symptoms most likely caused by stomal obstruction at fascial level , or new pathological obstruction in colon , see your surgeon after the tests will need colonoscopy to find the cause , and to treat.

Constipation: This could be a post obstructive diarrhea and may be based on a high fecal impaction. Best to see your GI md and surgeon for additional advice.

Constipation: You could have some constipation because of not drinking enough water or some of the food you ate could be binding up the stool
