A member asked:

Is dizziness a cause of gastritis? some times after meals my stomach feels tight and upper abdominal pain

No: Tightness may indicate that you simply ate too much, ate something that you don't digest well such as lactose products or gluten for some people, or may have an ulcer or other condition. If you eat small simple meals and it persists then have it checked out.

Dizziness: This sounds unrelated to your gastritis this needs to be evaluated by your internal med md and or a neurologist.
