Scientific Rx: If topical benzoyl peroxide hasn't cleared you in two weeks, your physician may add topical Clindamycin or a short course of a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day. Another rx that isn't well-known but may be right for you is spironolactone.
