Yes: You can override your bladder's urge to urinate. But it's bad for your bladder. If you do it long enough, you can ruin both kidneys and have to go on dialysis.

Holding your pee: For the most part, it is probably not a good idea to "hold" your pee; temporarily while moving to the bath room is "ok, " but regularly postponing voiding is a bad thing to do.......
