Ok i have a 5 cm cyst with thin septation in my ovary with a few other smaller simple appearing cysts, will i be fertile again after it being removed?

Ovarian cyst: If you had the cyst for a while, it may rupture or cause ovarian torsion so surgery would be helpful. If the cyst and little else of the ovary is removed, it shouldn't have any long term effects. Still, using birth control pills afterwards would reduce the risk of other cysts developing.
