Feeling vs action: It's not uncommon to feel attracted to people other than one's spouse -- and is safe as long as this is simple appreciation. What you choose to do about it matters a lot. Control: It's not a problem until it starts to disrupt her life. If she is obsessively thinking about this other guy it could cause real problems in her life. If she acts on these feelings it takes these problems to an elevated level. Seeing a psychologist would help her sort her feelings out and figure out what's going on with her marriage.
