Conceiving: Prenatal vitamins are excellent to take when you are trying to conceive and unprotected sex is also a great idea. Some other helpful hints are: exercise, at least 30 minutes a day 5-7 days a week, eating a healthy diet including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, getting plenty of water and sleep (at least 7 hours if you can!). And something to help with stress.... Walking, yoga, warm baths.
