Possibly: Contact lens prescriptions are generally very stable in the 25-40 year old age group, so this would work if you are in that group. An eye exam is encouraged to look for power changes, and changes of the eye surface (some from contact wear) which could be a problem. In most jurisdications contact prescriptions expire after 2 years so that could also pose a problem.
