I would: Check a pregnancy test if concerned but darker bleeding on one day of the period means nothing. It's a missed period that is a concern. Try zantac (ranitidine) generic for the heartburn, bot the menses is not related to the heartburn and unlikely related to headaches unless you are anemic. Good luck.
