With help, yes: Dysfunctional uterine bleeding may often be related to problems with ovulation. With some medical help, most women with this problem would be able to get pregnant. Don't give up hope!

Frequency : The duration of bleeding is not as important as the regularity. If they are coming in a predictable regular pattern then you are likely ovulating and pregnancy should be possible.
