Diet and vasculitis: There is no known direct connection between diet and vasculitis that has been reproducible. However, there is literature associating some foods with human disease in which vasculitis may be part of the picture. For example, alfalfa sprouts has been reported to be connected with systemic lupus erythematosis (sle). Vasculitis can be one of the features of sle. This literature gets exaggerated often.
