Can i use enemas against constipation for longterm?

No: Enemas used longterm reduce the body's natural urge to evacuate and you can become dependent on them. If you have n't discussed this with your physician, you need to. Also consider craniosacral therapy, chiropractic/osteopathic care, and chinese medicine as each offers additional insight into why you might be constipated. Also some foods can be constipating.

Not a good idea.: Temporarily, they are fine, but who wants to spend the rest of their lives taking daily enemas if they are not necessary. Get a proper evaluation to define the underlying cause of the constipation and treat the cause rather than committing yourself to the enema regimen.
