Different: Each woman experiences different effects while pregnant, you may not be hungry due to being pregnant. Remember that what you eat (since it won't be that often or a lot of food) should be high in nutrients. Even though you don't eat a lot or often you should eat something that has a lot of nutrients to make up for it.

YES: At 6 weeks it is normal in many females that they loose appetite and where as others have increased appetite. Every woman have a different effect of pregnancy. Along with this you may feel heaviness in lower abdomen, increased urination due increased blood flow due to high HCG hormone as well pressure of uterus on bladder. You may feel bloated and , fullness, nausea and vomiting etc.
