Phimosis: This is a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract over the glans (head) of your penis. You should be very careful not to force the foreskin to retract, as it can become stuck behind the glans and reduce blood flow to the glans. In extreme cases, this can be an emergency which can cause irreversible tissue damage to the tip of your penis. Circumcision is the cure for this condition.
