Will grow back.: Once your diabetes is under control, the lost hair will almost always grow back on its own. If it doesn't, something else may be causing your hair loss, and your doctor will run tests to find the cause. But for now, concentrate on getting your diabetes under control, and the hair loss will in all likelihood take care of itself.
