Autonomic dysfunctn: It's very common for people with cirrhosis to have orthostatic hypotension. This is attributed to poorly-understood autonomic dysfunction that we may think is due to something the liver isn't removing from the blood. Your physician can tell you whether you may be developing hepatorenal syndrome. I wish you the best & hope a transplant or the discovery of a reversible cause may be found.
