Doubtful: Nexium (esomeprazole) is not known to affect fertility. Unless you have had testing showing a low count in the past, there is no reason to seek out help at this point.

Not really: I do not believe decreased sperm count is a known side effect of nexium (esomeprazole). The good news is we know you two have what it takes. Statistically speaking, it takes on avg 4 mos for a healthy couple to conceive. You're not that far off. And the chance of conception for any given ovulation cycle is something like 15-25%. So the odds are good you'll hit it soon! good luck and keep trying! :).
